if u feel u enjoyed B.tech, then enjoy the responsibilties of life, i mean to say fulfill your career and if u had not enough, go for a class which u r passionate about . Then look out for settlement in career.
You can go for further studies with merit scholarships which you may get through exams like gate, cat etc. or you can look for a job in MNCs, keep a resume ready for this purpose. You can attend exams of public sector organisations or otherwise you can start your career after doing some specialization course or directly enter any industry as a trainee or as an intern.
You can search the internet for scope of above opportunities, for which a B.Tech Degree is more than enough.

Why would you do that ? Both are bachelor degrees and are equivalent. The only difference is the field of specialization. You can go for master programs that accepts aeronautical graduates. Although you can again take admission in b tech civil as many people obtain dual bachelor degrees but it will waste the four years that you had put in b tech aeronautical. For that again you'll have to appear in entrance exams for b tech civil.
