First try to push it out with your body muscules. It that doesn't work get some lubricant and try to get it out with your fingers or CAREFULLY with some blunt and CLEAN tweezers while pushing with your muscules to bring it forward. If that doesn't work keep trying to push it out, but if it doesnt come out within 8 hours go to a doctor because it can cause an infection.
