Um. Well. If what she wants to do really isn't a good idea(Like under-age smoking), then don't do it. If it is something simple like going shopping, or something, just tell her maybe another time. But judging on the fact that I don't know what event that you are takling, My advice probably won't help, because I don't know serious the event is. I hope I did help though.
