Cats often spray urine to mark territory. If there is another cat in the area, your cat is probably trying to declare her turf. Of course, if she is spraying your belongings, she might be mad at you. Sometimes cats do that, too - or poop in your shoes.

What if your cat is peeing a lot and bleeding a little shes spayed?

Take the cat to the vet. They may have a UTI (urinary tract infection). Also the wording of the question is a little confusing. Did you mean that there is blood in the cats urine? and that the cat is spayed? Did the cat just get spayed? If so you should take the cat to the vet ASAP. It could be related.
