Congratulations new grandparents!
I want to congratulate a business associate on the birth of his new grandson and I am just wondering how to say it?
funny one =) just congratulate like any other occasion really, except you don't say happy birthday of course. Make a short speech to introduce the world to the new baby as a congratulate speech good luck x
Say to him: 'Congratulations!!' Done.
# Say Congradulations. # Be Happy For That Person. # Support Them.

No, you say Happy Birthday to someone to congratulate them on their birthday. You say Happy Anniversary to a couple who are celebrating their anniversary together.
Say "Congratulations!"
It is better to say "congratulations" when congratulating someone because it is the correct plural form. Saying "congratulation" is grammatically incorrect in this context.

You can't congratulate them specifically for their birthday, but on their page there is a box with a link you can click to congratulate them. If you want to make it clear that you congratulated them because it was their birthday, PM them and say something like, "Congrats of your birthday!"
* Sometimes at the reception there is a 'receiving line' where friends line up to congratulate the bride and groom. Simply say, 'You are a wonderful couple and I'm so happy for you and I wish you the very best in the future.'
