say that you are not ready and that you have found a post that is more applicable for you and that there is nothing better and that you can either poo on you
Some of the following should go down well: you are looking for new challenges; you can get to work easier (make sure this is true before citing it); you really like the work the company does and you want to join in (do your research on this). Above all, DO NOT criticise your current employer, that is unprofessional.
I usually say that I sought a position that was more challenging.

There are a number of things you could say to describe your current position in a job interview. You could say you are not employed for example.
Your current job doesn't offer you the opportunity to progress in your career. You'd like a job where you can work your way to the top.
You should say I thought the job is interesting and fun.
tell him or her what you no, and if you don't no you need to find out.
If you do not wish to answer honestly, then say something like "you wanted to develop your career and felt the change of job was necessary to your developmental experience".
Current is a simple descriptor, I was taught to always use it in school as leaving it off was an error. For instance you cannot say A for AC (Alternating Current) as A is amperage.
I'm Leaving for better pay or whatever give two Weeks written notice and go
The best course of action is to say that you will start in two weeks. You can then give your current employer the customary two weeks notice.
