You should take an antihistamine (loratadine, cetirizine, diphenhydramine) right away. If the reaction is severe you may need an epinephrine injector (EpiPen, Twinject, ). Seek emergency help even though the epinephrine helps. I will wear off in 30-60 minutes.
The cure for a food allergy is to find out what foods you are allergic to, and stop eating them. Sometimes if you stop eating an allergic food for 2 or 3 weeks, you can start eating small amounts of it again without a reaction.
