you have to remove the drivers side tire, remove several screws that hold the plastic cover in place, behind the cover is the battery. It is held in place with a battery strap, use a 5/16 wrench to undo the battery terminals. wiggle the battery out the hole.
It was built with plain old green. No fancy type required.
Pull the left front tire off.then right in front of the wheel well, theres a plastic pannel that once unscrewed off, exposes the battery..odd place for it indeed, but there it is and just hook the charger up as needed. You can charge the battery from the jump start posts under the hood. There is no need to remove the inner fender.
To repair the heater hose on a Chrysler Cirrus, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Locate the damaged heater hose, then use a hose clamp to secure a new section of hose if the damage is minor, or replace the entire hose if needed. Cut the old hose off, attach the new hose to the fittings, and secure it with new clamps. Finally, refill the cooling system with coolant and check for leaks.
Depends on what kind of battery you have but 9 times out of ten all you will need is a couple wrenches.
