The fastest way would be to take the Uptown R train (of the N-R-Q, the yellow line) from Whitehall Street-South Ferry to Canal Street. Transfer at Canal Street to the Downtown N train, and take the Downtown N to New Utrecht Avenue-62nd Street.

But the R does not run from 11 PM to 5:30 AM, so if you are traveling during those times, you will have to take a different route. Instead, take the Uptown 1 train (of the 1-2-3, the red line) to 42nd Street-Times Square. Transfer at Times Square to the Downtown N train to New Utrecht Avenue-62nd Street.

You will get off the subway on New Utrecht Avenue. Walk two blocks north on New Utrecht Avenue until you get to 60th Street. Turn left and walk west on 60th Street. Your destination is on the next block, between 13th and 12th Avenues.

Eastern Parkway and where? It's several miles long. The 3train (of the 1-2-3, the red line) and the 4 train (of the 4-5-6, the dark green line) run along Eastern Parkway for awhile. You can take the 3 or 4 from Utica Avenue, Kingston Avenue, Nostrand Avenue, Franklin Avenue, Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum (between Washington and Underhill Avenues).

Take the 3 or 4 to Atlantic Avenue. This station is connected to the Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street Station. Transfer at Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street to the Downtown N(of the N-R-Q-W, the yellow line) or the Downtown D(of the B-D-F-M, the orange line). Take the N or D to New Utrecht Avenue-62nd Street/62nd Street-New Utrecht Avenue. These are also two connected stations, the New Utrecht Avenue Station on the N, and the 62nd Street Station on the D.

If you take the N, you'll exit on 63rd Street, between New Utrecht Avenue and 15th Avenue. Walk 0.5 blocks west to New Utrecht Avenue. Then walk 3 blocks north on New Utrecht Avenue to 60th Street. Turn left and walk 1.5 blocks west on 60th Street. Your destination is on the next block, between 13th and 12th Avenues.

If you take the D, you'll exit on New Utrecht Avenue, between 62nd and 61st Streets. Walk 1.5 blocks north to 60th Street, then turn left and walk 1.5 blocks west on 60th Street to 1260-1278 60th Street, between 13th and 12th Avenues.

If you're coming from further east on Eastern Parkway, you can walk up to Fulton Street, and take the Manhattan-bound A or C (of the A-C-E, the blue line) from Broadway Junction, Rockaway Avenue, or Ralph Avenue. But truthfully, I would just walk to the Utica Avenue Station on the 3 and 4. It may be a mile or two, but transferring from the A or C to the D or N in Brooklyn is a huge pain in the butt. You'll have to either make 2 transfers, or go into Manhattan.

If you really don't want to walk, then I'd take the A or C to West 4th Street in Manhattan, and then transfer at West 4th to the Downtown D.

Your only other options are as follows:

Take the Uptown (Manhattan-bound) A or Cfrom Broadway Junction to Jay Street-Metrotech.

Transfer at Jay Street-Metrotech to the Downtown(Brooklyn-bound) R train, and take the R to 36th Street.

Transfer at 36th Street to either the Downtown N or the Downtown D to New Utrecht Avenue-62nd Street.

Unfortunately, the R train does not stop at Jay Street-Metrotech from 11 PM to 5:30 AM. So if you are traveling during those times, you will have to take the next option:

Take the Uptown A or C from Broadway Junction to Jay Street-Metrotech, and transfer at Jay Street-Metrotech to the Downtown F.

Take the Downtown F to 4th Avenue-9th Street, and transfer at 4th Avenue-9th Street to the Downtown D.

Take the Downtown D to New Utrecht Avenue-62nd Street.

There is night service only on the D to 4th Avenue-9th Street, so you can't take this route during the day.

From the D, you'll exit on New Utrecht Avenue, between 62nd and 61st Streets. Walk 1.5 blocks north to 60th Street, then turn left and walk 1.5 blocks west on 60th Street to 1260-1278 60th Street, between 13th and 12th Avenues.
