In Israel's history it doesn't work like that.
They were divided into 12 tribes and lived like that.
-- There are 12 hours on the face of the clock, but no particular hour has ever been
associated with any specific tribe of Israel.
-- Although they're all members of the Big 12 Athletic Conference, the Baylor Bears,
Iowa State Cyclones, Kansas Jayhawks, Kansas State Wildcats, Oklahoma Sooners
etc. don't consider themselves to be connected with any particular tribe of Israel.
-- Ishmael also had twelve sons, but there's not even any parallel drawn between
Israel's tribes and Ishmael's.
Each 'tribe' of Israel is simply the descendants of one of Jacob's twelve sons.
The name "May" doesn't sound like any of these: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Joseph, Benjamin.
However, "Benjamin" as it is pronounced in Hebrew, contains the syllable "may" backwards (but the "a" is pronounced slightly differently).
That's not a Jewish approach.
Determining one's tribal ancestry in the tribes of Israel can be challenging due to the historical complexities and lack of comprehensive records. Some Jewish families have oral traditions of their tribal lineage, but these can be difficult to substantiate. DNA testing might provide some clues, but it is not able to definitively identify tribal lineage.
