Two non German authors who helped to convince Hitler that his ideas about Aryans were correct were Churchill and Louis Kilzer.
Another answer is Englishman Houston Stewart Chamberlain. His book of 1899 gave his thoughts on German superiority based on the Teutons. Also the book by the Frenchman, Count Joseph Gobineau in 1855 named Aryans as the superior race.
