Moses brought down stone tablets on which were written the words of a message concerning what the Creator expected of the nation, and he did this on two separate occasions. On the first occasion, before Moses had reached the bottom of the mountain, he was informed that the people were involved in the sin of the Golden Calf, whereupon he smashed the tablets that he carried. Later, he returned to the summit, and received another set of tablets. Both sets ... the shattered tablets and the intact ones ... were preserved in the Ark, within the Holy of Holies, in the interior of the traveling tabernacle.
God gave Moses the ten commandments on mount Sinai, and the job to lead the people to the promised land.

No as you see the bible says god did not reveal himself to Moses. But he did see gods back.
The definition of being a prophet is one who speaks of divine things to people so all the real prophets heard or saw visions of God in one way of another. For example, Moses heard God speak in the burning bush, and Ezekiel saw a vision.
Exodus 33:18 King James Version says it is Moses that said this to God on Mount Sinai "And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory." before he saw the burning bush.
