If you want to workout in your room to get a bigger butt I suggest doing squats, lunges, wall sits, kick backs and set ups. You can do these with just body weight or you can actually use weights. Its best to have some type of routine where you can do it 2-3 times per week. If you start noticing that your thighs are fitting tighter in your jeans then drop the squats for a while. you could do wide power squats. i.e. stand with your feet inline with your shoulders. widen your legs so that your left leg is pointing at 10o'clock and your right foot pointing at 2o'clock. squat down ensuring your knees stay behind your knees making sure heels stay on the floor. toes should feel like they are coming of the floor. make it harder>>>>add more weight in your hands. you should feel a burning sensation on the inside of ur thighs. do 15-20 of these 3 times a day. should be fun and effective

* I have that problem. I'm bigger now, but before I had my kids, I weighed 130 lbs and my legs were huge. Why? If I think about it, I used to boogie-board a lot!! 12 hours a day as often as I could. And now my leg shape has never changed. I'd like to lose it too!! Another example is my aunt, who used to paddle canoe. Well, she for one has smaller breasts that don't fit her body type. And her arms are huge!! Especially now that she is bigger. I think it has to do with what she used to do as an active teen. * This could be caused by excessive running or any exercise that works out the thighs and legs. Or it might be the certain fats that go directly to the thighs, in the same way that certain fats go to the buttocks and the belly.
