Had good luck with Pennzoil Synchromesh. It's roughly a 30wt oil. The friction material on synchronizers is similiar to that of clutch plates, so this fluid is compatible with wet clutches. Since it's a transmission oil, it doesn't shear as quickly as motor oil. Also, it has EP additives that prolong the life of gears and bearings.
