Depends on which UPS trucks you're referring to. For the tractor-trailers, they use a mix of Freightliner, Mack, Volvo, and Sterling trucks. Those come both from vehicles ordered for UPS, and vehicles acquired when they bought out Overnite.
The delivery vans have bodies made by Utilimaster, and I believe they're built on chassis from Freightliner Custom Chassis.
They also run a number of Freightliner/Dodge/Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and Ford F350 box trucks.
