To my knowledge, none naturally. Pythons are generally in areas that are warm all year round. However, there are reports and urban legends of people releasing their pet snakes into the wild because they got too big or they don't want them anymore. I know of pictures you could probably find on the net of a Reticulated or Burmese python in Florida that attempted to eat a small alligator. I am an amateur in herpetology and have loved reptiles since I was young. I have two 3 year old Ball pythons which originate from the subtropical regions to the Savannah's of Africa.

Here is a link of common snakes located in North Carolina:

(Just curious, but why do you ask?)

King Snakes, Black Rat Snakes, Brown Snakes, Garter Snakes, Hognose Snakes, Water Moccasins, Copperheads, Rattlesnakes (primarily the Timber Rattler). It's anticipated that those Burmese Pythons let loose in the Everglades will eventually spread as far north as Virginia, so you can expect those in NC at some point.
