If in USA, and you are city person, you want to be in a college or university that is central in a nice city like San Francisco, LA, Miami, Orlando, Washington D.C, NYC, Boston, or Chicago. But something that you definitely want to know about the place is the climate. If you dont like cold, definitely forget about Chicago and probably Boston too. If you hate too hot, forget about Orlando and Miami. You should look up the climates of the cities. Also find out about public transportation, or your way of getting around either with a car or a bike.. Let's say you are planning to get a bike from your parents as a high school graduation gift. Now, San Francisco is a city where you might have a hard time driving a bike, especially if you are a blond girl :D just kidding, I'm sure there are blond girls who can use vehicles (AHHAHHAAH no way!!ahaha everyone know that!)
birmingham you should try it i go there it is amazing
It depends on whether you want to have really good grades or if you want to be able to say "I came out of Harvard." It sometimes depends on where your friends are going or what you like about the college. It depends on how far you want to travel, how much work you think you can handle, and what type of college life you want to live.
So there's a lot of stuff put in...why do you think there are people that prefer to go to UNF instead of Duke? Each has their own pros and cons, and each person decides where they want to go (unless there was only one college that offered to take them in). Many people want to go to schools like Duke, Emory, Rice, Princeton, Harvard and the such because they are well-known and you sometimes automatically get respect just because you graduated out of one of those colleges. Many people that want college to be a little easier may shoot for lesser-known colleges.
The best college or university is highly dependant upon the individual. You need a school that meets your needs in terms of majors, size, affordability and location. What may work best for you may not work for someone else.
The university to attend depends with the location, budget and what you want to do. Harvard University is the best university in the world.
