No that does not fit your Tahoe. Your Tahoe uses these filters; V6 - PH3506 V8__ PH3980 Fram is not the best filter you can use in your Tahoe. I recommend you use an AC/Delco, Purolator, Wix, or Bosch filter which are all superior to Fram.

Valvoline filters are made for almost every vehicle. Of course Valvoline does not make filters. The filters are made by Purolator for Valvoline and there name is placed on the filter.
