YHVH, the Hebrew letters Yod, Heh, Vov and Heh. Possibly pronounced "Yahu" since we know that was a common usage in ancient times; definitely not pronounced "Jehovah". Most Jews know the correct pronunciation and in fact pronounce it in private prayer.
The meaning inherent in YHVH seems to be "I Am, I Was, I Will Be", which is how God defines Himself to Moses.

The first name that God presents Moses is "Ehyeh-Asher-Ehyeh" which means "I will be that which I will be." Eventually Moses learns other names including "HaMelekh HaKadosh" which means "the Holy King", and the famous YHVH which is untranslatable, but would come closest to "in a perpetual nature of existence".
