The main and only belief of prophet Muhammad is Islam that is God religion since start of universe creation and even before. Islam is the call of all God prophets; including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, David, Solomon, ..., Jesus, and Muhammad (peace be upon them all) to their people as Islam word means full submission to God as the one and only one God. Prophet Muhammad called all people to Islam per Qur'an God revelation to him through the angel Gabriel (or Jibril).
