I believe if you open the drivers door on the end of the door is an information sticker that will show the original size tire that came on the vehicle
It's done with a code reader plugged into diagnostic port under dash.
I don't know about 1995, but I did buy one in 1989 brand new, and the sticker price was just below $10.000.
