this is very general, but to give you an overview...
the factories created water and air pollution, resources were high in demand so certain resources like coal were exploited, and there was an extreme amount of waste (especially in areas were workers lived).
if you want more information just Google it, and a bunch of sites will be very helpful!
Industrial Revolution no doubt led to development of the Nations and strenthened economies worldwide, but it also created a lot of social problem , some have immediate effect and some having long term effect.
Industrial revolution led to use of machines which is one of the reasons of current Unemployment problem . when a single machine can do job of 100 people with need of only one operator , where will other 99 people go??
Secondly , it led to the rat race of Money, people now want to earn more and more.
thirdly , People now instead of attendeing functions , ceremonies , social get togethers , are now preffering to avoid these things just to earn more.,Hence the social life on an individual is vanishing day by day.
I would add that it created disunity in families in a way that was not seen before. When people lived in smaller villages or rural areas, the father of the family generally worked at the same place where the family lived or nearby, with mothers and children around doing their own work/chores. With industrialization, you see the men leaving the home to work in factories, and often the women too, while children were left more to their own devices. Now we take for granted (for the most part) that parents leave the home to work while children are sent to school for the day, and everyone becomes accustomed to living separate lives for most of the day, rather than working together as a family team.
It depends if you're talking about England or the United States (even thought they both had very similar problems). I will assume that you're talking about the U.S. Some of the problems included crowding, people were moving to the cities due to the increase of labor in factories. Crowding brought other problems such as a lot of contamination due to poor health conditions. Pollution was at its peak which contributed to the poor health conditions. The crime rate increased, no laws regarding child labors were enacted at the time, the discontent of workers. All of the problems I mentioned above were part of living on the cities during the Industrial Revolution.
The Industrial revolution that went on in the 18th and 19th century created economic growth and contributed to a consumerist culture throughout the world; however in places like Europe especially in places like england their were many unfare social issues, such as women earning less wages than men, overworking of young children, and unsatisfactory working conditions. In addition the growth of industry brought many people into the city in order to get a job, this created unhealthy and crowded living conditions as there was not methods of mass transportation until the invention of the steam engine in 1776, this made it very easy for diseases to spread. It was not until the factory factory act of 1833 and Mines Act of 1842 that some of these issues were solved. As England was the first country to industrialize because the rest of europe was dealing with the aftermath of Napoleon Bonaparte, French revolution, and Napoleonic wars. England in a way weeded out the big issues so that when most other countries industrialized they could rapidly industrialize without as much of a negative impact. There was still seperate spheres for men and women in the end however.
Also look up Thomas Malthus and David Ricardo they had very accurate views about Industrialization.
Child labour, long hours, unsafe working condtions, a mass number of unskilled workers, strikes, riots, and many people fell below the poverty line
children had to work in factors at the age of 9

The definition of a revolution is a "fast" change or overturn in power or the way something is done. This can happen both politically or with force. In short, it is a quick change in power or way of life. Though the industrial revolution was over all peaceful, it still technically is considered a revolution.
The industrial revolution caused tremendous amounts of carbon to be liberated from the earth, where they were emitted into the air mostly as fossil fuels. This added largely carbon dioxide to the atmosphere, which enhanced the natural greenhouse effect. This is why the earth has been warming for the last century, increasingly so in recent decades.
The Agricultural Revolution spurred on the Industrial Revolution. It caused wealthy landowners to but lots of land, driver the previous owners into the cities. Because of the large land plots, machines were experimented with, and efficient machines for farming were created. The pushed even more people to the cities, where some of the machines began to spark a creative period, which began the Industrial Revolution...

Some problems in the fresh water biome are pollution (caused by humans), bacteria (medical problems) and over fishing. Some examples of pollution can be industrial waste, oil leakage or just plain littering.
