There were fifteen republics of the Soviet Union that became separate countries after the breakup of the USSR :

Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and of course, Russia.

Moldova

Georgia

Armenia

Azerbaijan

Kazakhstan

Uzbekistan

Turkmenistan

Kyrgyzstan

Tajikistan

Estonia

Lithuania

Latvia

There are also several other "countries" including Transnistria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia which are comprised of land areas previously incorporated in the various Soviet republics which became independent nations after the fall of the Soviet Empire in 1991, but which are now in effect extra-territorial extensions of Russia.
