Not sure what you mean by side effects. Napalm is/was a jellied fuel. It is spread across the target area. and ignited. It burns with great heat for a few minutes. Being close to or inside the flame area can be fatal- not just from the heat, but the oxygen being burned out of the air.
Just like standard HE (High Explosive); they were dropped in front of you. If anything they looked more dramatizing (looked more exciting which is why Hollywood loves the stuff) but they weren't near as effective as an HE general purpose bomb (which left a crater big enough to drive a full sized pick up truck into). Nape burned & then burned itself out; great for camera buffs (and television newsmen but that was about it).
Every time you watch television an actor tosses a "grenade" into something and you'll notice if goes off like a napalm bomb...its just for effect, audiences LOVE IT! In reality a standard GI frag grenade just made a black cloud of smoke (if at night you could see a quick burst of flame at the base...the same with any arty or air strike).

One argument against is that it involves experimenting with the health and safety of human beings. An argument for is that although effects of drugs on animals may be similar to their effects on humans, some effects may be specific to human beings only. Another is that testing drugs on human beings may result in unexpected negative results for the subjects.
No it is'nt
Yes, human beings are real.
What are the long term effects [of what, exactly?] on the ecosystem and animals? Please be more specific.
Human beings are animals.
human beings are mammals that were evolved from something but we do not know what
Human Beings probably Human Beings probably
Museum of Human Beings was created in 2008.
"The Outdatedness of Human Beings" was created in 1986 by Svetlana Boym.
There are very few if any positive effects, because human beings are not necessary for the maintenance/survival of the ecosystem. The most we can do is minimize our negative effects.
They might, they might not. They don't exist, so we don't know whether they affect human beings, and, if they do, how they affect human beings.
