Germany became the lowest coutry and had to pay back large amounts of money because the were the course of WORLD WAR ONE as well as having to pay all that money they had to rebuild their country one step at a time. So they borrowed huge amounts of money from America. World War I had far-reaching and often dire effects on Germany. Since so many young Germans had died during the war, factories were poorly staffed. Women entered the workforce in great numbers during the war and many stayed after it was over. Food shortages led to starvation or turning to unusual food sources, including dogs and rats.

Answer:

More like, influenced World War II. But allow me to explain, for World War II was not because of Adolf Hitler.

EUROPEAN EMPIRES STRUGGLE AND FIGHT

World War II, was actually the Allies' fault. World War I you see, was a child's war. Just study it, it was literally fought simply because Europe's leaders turned into a bunch of cry-babies and couldn't get along. They were all empires too. Austria-Hungary attacked Serbian Empire, Russian Imperial Army attacked Austria-Hungary because Serbia was Russian Empire's ally, Imperial Germany attacked Imperial Russia because Austro-Hungary as German Empire's ally, them British Empire got involved because Germany invaded Western Europe. Then Germany told Mexico to invade America, then the American army got involved. It was a complete game, of "No! This is mine! That is mine!"

THE BLAME GAME - TREATY OF VERSAILLES

At the end of World War I, the "Allies" decided to play the blame game and point the finger straight at Germany. Even though, the war started because of some skirmish between Serbia and Austro-Hungary. EVERYBODY contributed to World War I. So what happened? Germany goes through something called "hell". Especially the German economy. Because the Allies made Germany pay for everything, even for things they didn't even do. So, mass inflation of UNIMAGINABLE conditions, ravaged Germany's economy. A wheelbarrow of German money could only you a half-loaf of bread. Sometimes money was even burnt and played with because it fell so worthless. The Treaty of Versailles also limited Germany's army to some 100, nothing in the thousands. It was a disaster.

THE ALLIES PAY THE PRICE - HITLER RISES - WORLD WAR II/HOLOCAUST

So, the Allies tasted the bitter side of their blame game. Adolf Hitler, was an Austrian nationalist. He wanted to reverse the Treaty of Versailles. Benito Mussolini, turned Italy into a Fascist country. After being released out of prison, Adolf Hitler became Mussolini's successor and turned Germany into a Fascist country, in the form of Nazism. Hitler stopped following the Treaty of Versailles, and he turned Germany into a military superpower. Now the Allies, got the pay the price and watch Adolf Hitler invade all of Western Europe. And then the Soviet Union, which resulted in World War II. What was an even bigger price, was the lives of 6,000,000 innocent Torah-believing Jews. So needless to say, the Holocaust and World War II was actually the Allies' fault. Not Hitler's. I'm not saying Hitler was good, but still.
