A) They weren't necessarily "kings" - they are referred to as "wise men" in The Bible
B) They may have numbered anything from two upwards. It is assumed that there were three because they gave three named gifts... but if four people gave "gold" it would still just be listed as "gold".
C) They gave Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh.
