Durring this wave, the Bolshevics were a powerful family in Russia and were running out both Gypsies and Jews from Russia, this family would come to be the basis of Hitler's campaign. Due to this first wave, the percentage of Nativists on the west coast skyrocketed, and the population of Jews followed suit.
