It needs a new thermostat. It's 2.50 to 4.00 at any parts store

A stuck thermostat will cause an overheating problem, and it's possible that's what your problem is, but there are many other causes also.

Could be low on coolant, plugged radiator, plugged water passages in the block, bad head gaskets, bad water pump, bad clutch fan, etc.

Start with the basics and go from there.
