WD-40. I find using an alchohol based cleaner real useful for sticky marks left by sticky tape, if you cant find any or don't have any to hand try spraying perfume or aftershave on a dry cloth and rub at the mark for a few minutes and the sticky residue should slowly rub off, if you want to find the right product also try searching on Google for a product called sticky stuff remover. hope this helps
You pull it off and remove the residue with Goof Off.
Use Goof Off.
If you mean sellotape (scotch-tape), I've done it by rubbing hard with lavender-oil and cleaning the residue off with a wet-wipe or baby-wipe.
WD-40 work great
Use WD40, or Lemon Oil
You can use a product called "Goof Off" that can be found in hardware departments or home fix-it stores. It contains a chemical xylene that helps dissolve glues. Your other option is to use a piece of tape, like duct tape or masking tape, and by repeatedly sticking the tape and removing it from the sticky spot it'll pull up the residue.
Duct tape will leave behind a sticky, gummy residue that embeds into the carpet fibers. To get rid of the residue, scrap as much as possible with a butter knife. Place a damp cloth on the spot and rub a warm iron on it. Use a goo remover on the remaining residue.
alcohol wipes, or just rubbing alcohol with a cotton ball.
One way to get surgical tape off the skin rubbing alcohol can be used to remove the sticky residue. The use of an exfoliator can also remove surgical tape residue from the skin.
You take a sharp razor and scratch off the left over tape residue. works everytime, and leaves nothing behind.
Dell has coupon codes to get a certain percentage or money off their products. They are usually not specifically for computer monitors though.
Tape is pretty much plastic with some glue on it. Its the glue that sticks to the item you're taping, so when you take that tape off, the glue will normally stay.
