If you know for a fact that the car is about to be repossessed, it is your responsibility to return the car to the agency before you move. If you take this car with you, you could be arrested for Grand Theft, Auto. Prison time is not worth it ... give the car back and get on with life.
another cars can not be moved with out owners ok.and yes they can get the car from your job.while your shoping, inside paying for gas
Repossessed cars are usually auctioned off in the county they were repoed in, you can also try this link to help find repossessed cars, http://ultracarfinder.com/
that all depends on what state you want them hauled in
they were moved by the rail cars
None that I know of. i have saw cars being repoed after 3 years of being hunted.
If you stop making payments, the loan is in default. Loans in default get repoed. Loans in default that are out of state get repoed. Cars dont fall off the face of the earth. You will not get arrested by the police or stopped by the police.THis is a civil matter not a criminal one.
Not by themselves. For this to happen, a sheriff, marshal, or police officer would have to let them do so and be present. The sheriff and marshal does not need a warrant; they only need the repossession order and/or a court order. The court order is dependent on the situation.
In hopper cars by trains
most major banks sell their repos thru dealer only auctions,i have repoed many cars for banks in 13 states ,most end up in dealer only auctions
It would be a great innovation but it is not going to happen anytime soon.
If cars 2 is successful and cars 3 is successful (they are only going to have ia cars 3 if cars 2 is successful) then yes we will have a cars 4.
