Check to see if the bulb in the dash is burned out or not. The answer to your next question is for a mechanic. Remember to disconnect the negative side of the battery before working on the dash.

check the switch on the transmission. check the bulbs and the fuse.
To find the cause of the low beams not working, start with the bulb to make sure both are ok. Check the dimmer switch, and the wiring from the switch to the headlights.
Check fuse if the blower is not working. If it is then replace your heater core. if its not then replace your fan switch.

If the turn signal is working it's either the brake light switch or the turn signal switch.

Next check the turn signal switch inside the steering column. check to see if the bulb is dead
the contour has problems with the blower motor switch and the resistor. I would check the resistor connector for signs of melting.
