In my case the switch to the defogger was fried and had to be replaced. I would first determine where the problem is, then get a haynes manual and see how hard it might be to fix the problem yourself. If you can't do it then take it to the dealer.
With a test light.
I had the same problem with my 2005 ford expedition... it was my chamshaft....... The repair is expensive... But it fixed the problem......
The code scanner is reading a P1450 on my frod expedition? what would be the problem
You have a problem with the SRS. This is not a DIY repair. Take it to a professional. Serious injury can occur when working with the system.
i have a 1998 ford expedition and i had simaliar to the same problem. does it feel like your loosing power? on my truck it was a misfire on my engine coil i would get that check out
Bad motor, Bad switch, Broken wire,
uh... yes without a working memory you would not know (remember) how to do arithmetic
If the speedometer and the odometer are not working, I would suspect the VSS (vehicle speed sensor). If only the speedometer is not working I would suspect the instrument cluster has problems.
An expedition would be a trip, journey, or travel.
Most defoggers are fused, so start there. If it not the fuse perhaps it has become disconnected. Good Luck and Remember.Change Your Mind, Not Your Oil.Use the First In Synthetic Motor Oil's.See My Bio For more information.
