one possibility might be if you have fix a flat in the tire it offsets the balance and will actually make the tire bounce up and down on the road. I had that happen to one of my rear tires. I just had to take it to a tire shop to get the liquid out and fix the hole.
I would have my tires checked for a broken belt or you might have a bolt or a big nail in one of your tires.
