could be a bad plug wire(broke inside)happens alot because a least 3 wires or plugs are hard to get to and as a rule alot of times won't be replaced.
i personnaly have at least 1 broken plug wire on my 93,it has a pretty good miss at about35-50 mph. but leels out ok(really need to replace it.)
good luck.
stuck chock
I just had my 93 Aerostar 3.0 in for this same problem. My MAF sensor was plugged. Once cleaned, it now runs fine again.
posibbly the overdrive sensor we had a 88 ford aerostar that did the same thing
Try changing your spark plugs, and your spark plug wires.
Need to service transmission filter.
Depends on which seal and which model vehicle, but it involves replacing the bad seal. Rear main seals usually aren't that difficult - though again, depending on the model, it may involve dropping the transmission. Front seals or crankshaft seals involve pulling the harmonic balancer (if you have one), pulling the timing cover (if you have one) pulling the old seal from around the crankshaft and tapping the new one into place.
It sounds like the Throttle Position Sensor needs replaced.
try pulling the fuse out
You change the high/low beam by pulling the signal lever towards you and then again to return.
Take the dipstick out and put a funnel in, add the transmission fluid. (yes, the fill and check are the same). Wait for it to go down for a while before you check it again.
V-e-r-y C-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-l-y. seriously, though you will need a wheel pull. You will likely have to remove the whole brace that holds the pump out from the engine. Then you will need to remove the pulley with a gear/wheel pull and press it together again when you have replaced the pump, if that's you are intending to do. It is extremely hard to use a pull while the pump is in place. Might do though...
If you mean the headlight switch, pulling it out once turns on the dash lights and turns off the daytime running lights, pulling it again turns on the headlights.
