It could a few different things, but most commonly it's either the fuel pump starting to go out or the fuel injectors need to be cleaned or a dirty fuel filter. You should start with fuel injector cleaner and change the fuel filter there the easiest. Then, if that didn't fix it you should take it to a licensed mechanic. Now if your car is carbureted and you have no knowledge of the ins and outs of a carburetor then again i suggest taking it to a licensed mechanic.

i have a 91 eagle talon tsi fwd . iv had the car to 160 but i would not advise it because the car gets extremely light.
