If the electrical components are good (plugs, wires, distributer, roter), then it is probably a worn carburator.
The starter for the 1992 Isuzu Trooper was a little difficult to locate, honestly. One may find it on the driver's side of the motor, directly above the oil pan.

I don't think they made 1982 Trooper. It probably is 1992. If so, you can use 1992 to 2002 Trooper or 1996 to 1999 Acura SLX wiper motor

The wiper motor on a 1992 Chrysler LeBaron won't work if the motor has seized up or the fuse has blown. The switch inside the cabin or the wiring can also come loose and cause this problem.
The blower motor speed switch is burned out or the fuse is blown.
