What would cause a 1997 Dodge Intrepid to start one time and not another unless the fuses are switched out?

Many reasons.... but have it check the Cap Sensor.... If the sensor is bad the car engine will run at certain speed while the transmission thinks is going faster/slower... if the sensor is starting to fail your car may turn on some days and others dont. Good Luck.
