What would cause a thumping sound by the blower motor housing on a 1993 Chevrolet truck the blower motor has been replaced so that didn't fix the noise any suggestions?

try tining the blower motor up
Actually I had a similar problem a while back and a supid mouse had built a nest in the line and had acorns rattling around inside the line. Just a possibility. It happens when it starts to get cold they seek shelter anywhere.
