Replaced the half shaft 96 Plymouth it blew that half shaft discovered the motor mounts where bad replaced those and new half shaft after instaling that it still blew the new one what could it be?

Sometimes the retaining clips on FWD axles come off inside the transmission. Make sure the clip or ring comes off with the axle when you remove it. Some axles have factory recalls, be sure to check with the manufacturer of your car about "known issues". Hope this helps.

Replaced CV Joints now car runs and speedometer moves but why won't my car go forward or in reverse?

in some vehicles, two axles cannot be pulled out at the same time. part of the transmission drops down and causes the problem you have now. if the wrong axles were installed, your problem may occur. finally, if the inner joint was not installed completely into the transmission, your vehicle will not move.

This is not for beginners. You can get the whole procedure from Autozone's website.
