What would cause a vibration on a 1990 Chevy G20 van replaced harmonic balancer and its worse now?

I am faced with a similar problem.
341,000 miles, original motor.
I replaced u joints, had minor wear.
All the pulleys look good, turn smoothly.
Removed the ac, installed a bypass pulley.
My vibration is cyclic, any road speed.
I am resigned to some catastropic failure when i least expect it.
Any experience with this would be appreciated.
