What would cause an RPM gauge to go nutty in a 1989 Chrysler LeBaron while the car is still driving fine?

Make sure all of the wires on the coil are tight and if they are take it to a speedo shop for tach repair.

The most common reason for a 1996 Chrysler Cirrus odometer and RPM gauge to stop working is a fuse. If the fuse is removed from the dash and replaced, often times the odometer and RPM gauge will begin working.

The oil gauge does not have a reset. Is malfunctioning, the sending unit has probably failed.
