Well if you have a stock exust system it will give u worse gas milage. If you want a couple of more MPG you could get headers and a non restritive muffler. its better for your engine too. also it will increas your housepower. there are also chips you can buy that will increase by 10 MPG "look on eBay very cheap"
i hope this helped someone
AnswerI have a 1993 Jeep Cherokee Sport. If you have an older car or one that has been sitting for a while, inspect your fuel line, especially where it links to the fuel filter. Mine had a tiny leak, that would basically drain a little gas from the filter after every use and this can add up. You might be able to see the effect the gasoline left on the old filter, as I did.Good luck.

bad fuel filter
Bad Struts
your oil pump is bad
The most common problem is with the blend doors. Check heatertreater.net for diagnostic information and an inexpensive fix.
It depends on the style, condition and mileage of the car. A car with a 160,000 mileage would be worth between $1,000 and $2,500, depending on its condition.
Check your air filter
scale used by dealerships for evaluating used cars usually allows for 20,000-24,000km per year. significantly less than that would be 'low mileage', and significantly higher, 'high mileage'.
Your local jeep dealer would be a great place to start.
on the 4.0 jeep, if it cranks, but wont start, try replacing the crank sensor, located at the top rear of the engine, at the transmission
Transmission trouble
No, a bad fuel pump will cause a no run situation.
Sounds like a brake wear indicator. If it changes while braking then it is. Recommend a brake inspection.
