Not sure what you mean by "jump" but if you are referring to the car doing a quick sharp turn it could be a broken ball joint or your lower control arm. If that's it your tire can "lean into a turn" and you wont be able to control it.
Get this looked at soon as it can be dangerous. At 75 mph on the interstate I hit a small bump in the road and my car decided it wanted to go from the far right lane across the center lane to the far left lane without any input from me and no turning of the steering wheel. (guardian angels earned a bonus that day as
I ended up perfectly in the left lane).
In my case it was a cracked bolt that looked fine on visual inspection until i got it up on a lift and started looking for loose parts. easy fix for under $20.
good luck
The noise/squeeling is due to understeer caused by the back wheels pushing too hard oer the front wheels, this can also be attributed to suspention set-up and wing set-up
A small child
all of them do it theres just a bolt on each of the two front wheels that touch when turning all the way
Probably the end links..... Just had mine fixed and it made the world of difference. The original end links were not strong enough.
Bad Struts
A bad bearing can cause can the front end of car to make a squeaking noise when turning steering wheel either direction. It can also be caused by bad suspension.
A knocking noise in the front wheels can be a very serious problem. The knocking noise could be caused by bad ball joints. Bad ball joints can slip off the tie rods and cause the wheel assembly to collapse. This problem should be looked at as soon as possible.
ball joints or tie rods
when turning or when ridin?
If it pops when turning it is most likely the CV joints.
Could be a wheel bearing
the steering wheel wont make the front wheels make noise as there is no generating source from the steering wheel. it will be the other way around.
