Try looking at the fuse that corresponds to the things that are not working. Take the actual fuse out of the fuse box, and look at it, examine it. You will be able to tell immediately if the fuse is blown or not by the way it looks. If it is blown it will have some gray matter or black in there.....or the fuse will look messed up, or both.
