Could be steering rack is worn and needs replacement

Check for codes... It maybe a bad coilpack. Or bad sparkplugs.

A bad power steering pump, You need to either check the fluid level and make sure there is enough or have it replaced.
I didn't find any sensors or switches related to the power steering, so I'd think the pump was bad.

Clean the power steering are real good check for where the leak is coming from and go from there. For example if a hose is leaking replace hose, if power steering pump seals are leaking replace pump, exc.
