first check the flasher under dash to right of steering wheel .next check connection at multifunction switch
The light control module could be the cause of hazard lights coming on after the car is turned off. There could be a problem that has caused this module to become wet and it is now not working correctly.
Check the left turn signal bulb. It is probably burnt out.
More than likely a bad flasher relay for the turn signals. The hazard lights use a different flasher relay.
Check the dimmer switch on the floor and the electrical connection to it. It may be corroded.

The hazard lights are a seprate circuit even though they share the same bulbs. I would first replace the hazard flasher; it simply plugs in. Usually the hazard flasher is located in the interior fuse panel. I hope this helps you. Mark

The fuse probably blew that controls the dashboard lights.

the button for the hazards has a spring on a plastic piece that holds it on the spring may have fallen or broken that would cause it to stay on
