Most likely some type of electrical shortage. A wire may have become disconnected. The same thing can happen with interior lights, you'll have to take it in to get looked at.
Power doors were an option, so not all Windstars will have them.
Yes, the doors still have the mechanical linkages.
Bad door lock actuator.
Other than the window lift mechanics - crank handle versus power - the doors would be identical and interchangeable.
Turn the door switch located at the front of the overhead console to off.
The engine may be reliable but there have been too many problems with power window switches, electric motors, power sliding doors and door ajar warning lights.
If your power window is not working and there is no loose wiring or bad fuses, it might have a bad window motor. The motor and the actuator can cause the window to work intermittently.
"Assuming" the window is not working, refer to the "Related Question" below - although written for the Windstar, it's most likely to be very applicable to the Monterey (a direct descendant of the Windstar
on a1995 ford windstar was running fine until power steering fluid leaked and foam up on to the engine
Check and see if your power steering fluid level is low.
The question should be why the power outlets don't work - the entertainment system (DVD just plugs into the power outlet/cig lighter. The fuses have checked.
Check fuses first than wiring to all doors for pinched wires that may be contacting each other.
