Three possible problems.............. Flasher unit under the dash is cooked. Turn signal switch is broken, or the bulbs are burned out. Check the bulbs first, that's easy. Replace one at a time. Check your flasher unit in another similar vehicle, and then get a qualified auto electrical tech to test the turn signal switch which is the most expensive part to replace.
Probably a blown fuse. What you need to find out is why the fuse blew.
engine misfire. i have a '96 Chevy blazer but i don't have that problem, i was reading reviews on the car and found out that some of them do that.
Probably the fuse for your power windows look at the manual find out which fuse it is and change it.
It is your multifunction switch that has gone out. It is located in the steering column. I used my emergency lights and it blew out brake lights, turn signals, and emergency lights. In newer models Chevy did a recall not so for our older models. Mine is a 1995.
A blown fuse can make your dashboard lights to not work in your 1993 Chevy Blazer Tahoe. A burned out bulb can also cause this.
