As long as the mouse is not in oblivion(On the skybox, not a brick) you could make it clone a piece of food from the Lighting folder, set it's parent to Workspace, and teleport it to your mouse's pointer location. If you did not want to make it spawn on your mouse you could make it spawn on your head or at a set location too.
