2.MEXICO RECEIVES THE LETTER AND DECIDES NOT TO ATTACK , BUT TO GIVE THE "NOTE" TO THE U.S. AND THE WAR ENDS IN A YEAR.
EITHER WAY IF THE "NOTE' WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN INTERCEPTED BY Great Britain, HISTORY WOULD HAVE CHANGED AND MAYBE THE ALLIANCES AND OUT COMES IN World War 2 WOULD HAVE ALSO CHANGED.
